Product returns are subject to a 5% of the original transaction value restocking fee.
Items sold at a discount because of approaching expiration or packaging imperfections are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Gift cards and personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Refunds for procedure sales are available within 30days of the original transaction date. Please note that a processing fee of 5%of the original transaction amount will be deducted from the refund. After 30days from the original transaction date, procedure sales are no longer refundable. However, the value of the procedure may be applied as a payment on account for future procedures or products. The return policy is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Dermphi Centre.
